Overview
The Lunenburg Board of Trade Campground is an open campground in an unsurpassed location! Within minutes' walk of Old Town Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our hilltop campground provides serene views of the back harbour and views of the bustling front harbour from many sites. Enjoy the historic architecture, working waterfront, unique shops and galleries, museums and festivals – all walking distance from your campsite. Plus, outdoor activities abound: kayaking, cycling, walking tours, golf, horse and buggy tours, whale watching and much more. We even have a golf course nearby. We are just over an hour from Halifax and Peggy's Cove and historic Halifax, and conveniently located next to the Lunenburg Visitor Information Centre, where dedicated and knowledgeable staff welcome you.
Our campground includes 55 overnight sites: electric (30-amp), water, and sewer, and unserviced. Other amenities include flush toilets, (free) showers, and high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi access. We are pleased to provide both English and French speaking services. Pets are welcome.
